At IAFCS, we operate on a first come, first serve basis for our courses. Once a slot is booked, it is reserved specially for the individual, and we are unable to offer it to another participant, due to the nature of our registration process. We only have limited slots per course, so in that sense if someone is offered a slot, it means someone else has missed out!

Payment Policy

The IAFCS offer’s online mode of payment. You may use internet banking or debit/credit card for making payment for consultation charges. You shall be directed to our trusted payment gateway partners once you proceed to make payment of Service Fees.The IAFCS shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, if incorrect or inaccurate credit / debit card details are provided by you for making the payment of consultation Fees or you use a credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you or if you permit a third party to use your password or other means to access your account. The IAFCS shall keep the aforesaid information confidential at all times and shall not utilize and share the same with any of the third parties unless is an authorized third party website and / or required by law regulation or court order.

Refund Policy

Before proceeding with your registration, we would like to outline our refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the terms and conditions associated with refunds. Please be aware that the IAFCS reserves the right to postpone the Facial Aesthetics course for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, instructor availability, or low enrollment. In the event of a course postponement, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to accommodate participants in a rescheduled course. Please check with the coordinator before booking for your travel and stay. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled course, your course fees will be fully refunded.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds for all the IAFCS courses are applicable only on the course fees paid. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled start of the course.

Non-Refundable Items:

It’s important to note that our refund policy applies solely to the course fees. We regret to inform you that any expenses incurred for travel, accommodation, or other related bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you exercise caution when making travel or stay and would suggest not to book travel and stay arrangements atleast 1 week before the course starts. Also, consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

Requesting a Refund:

If you find it necessary to request a refund for the course fees within the stipulated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will guide you through the refund process and ensure that your request is handled promptly.

Processing Time:

Refunds may be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of a request from you. All communications with regards to refund should be sent to education@theestheticclinic.com
